# IFTR2025 | Updates on Registration

We would like to draw your attention to the end of online registration via Cambridge Core! With May 31, the option to register there and to make use of the discount will end.  While this is also important for our planning of the conference, we strongly encourage you to use this chance to confirm your participation. 

We also would be grateful if you drop us a note via the template submission correction request form on our website or write to us at iftr-orga@uni-koeln.de, if you have to withdraw your participation.

 

# IFTR2025 | Updates on Schedule

It is less than a month until we welcome IFTR 2025 in Cologne! We are very happy to present to you today the first version of our conference program. 

We have decided to use PHEEDLOOP as the platform for running the conference – this provides many helpful features. Today we start by introducing the program and schedule – please find here explanations on how to use the scheduling system here. 

Why preliminary? Mainly for two reasons:

(1) The program does not have all WGs included because in some cases, information needs to be clarified and integrated. Also, the NSF-schedule for the presentations is missing. We hope to include them as soon as possible.

(2) At the moment, we have about 75% confirmed participations. While we are eagerly awaiting further confirmations, we will have to re-configurate the program according to further feedback. Eventually, are panels are supposed to have three papers, so smaller changes are unavoidable. We are still trying to accommodate the requests we have received to the best of our ability. 

Organising more than 1.000 submissions and to schedule them with in the various refined registers of IFTR (GP; WG; NSF) is not trivial – mishaps and mistakes might appear. If you want to request changes, corrections, or modifications, we ask you to proceed as follows until May 20, 2025: 

(a) For the GP we have created a form, where you can submit your request: Please use this channel – not any direct emails – because it is only through this system that we can make sure no information gets lost.

(b) For the WGs, please reach out to your respective conveners.

(c) For the NSF, please reach out to the NSF chair.

 

# IFTR2025 | Updates on Cultural Program 

A little bit earlier, on May 15, ends the possibility to acquire tickets for the Hänneschen-theatre, Cologne’s local puppet theatre. Since 1803, the Hänneschen is a firm part of Cologne’s theatrical landscape and offers an exciting experience of local culture. We have been able to secure a contingent of the heavily sought after tickets for a performance on June 11. If you are interested, please click here for more information.
